EBARA Holds Seminars for Flood Control Pumps in Thailand

EBARA CORPORATION (“EBARA”), with its proven record of delivery in Thailand and the rest of Southeast Asia, organized seminars on Flood Control Pumps. This was the 24th time EBARA held seminars in cooperation with Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). This seminar attracted 48 participants, civil engineers and university personnel from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries.
During the seminar, videos and case studies were used to present lectures on Total Flood Control Planning, travel to pump station sites and pump maintenance.

EBARA has continued deepening its mutual understanding mainly with Southeast Asian countries through technical guidance and other forms of international cooperation. Since the launch of the EBARA Hatakeyama Memorial Fund in 1989, it has organized around 240 seminars at different locations in Southeast Asia, welcoming upward of 10,000 participants. Within this fiscal year, EBARA is set to give seven seminars in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and other locations.
EBARA will engage not only in providing pumps and other products and services, but in engineering seminars and other international cooperation activities in an effort to assist the development of Southeast Asian countries.
