EBARA Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Chubu Factory

EBARA FIELD TECH. CORPORATION (“EBARA FIELD TECH.”), a group company of EBARA CORPORATION (“EBARA”), conducted a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a Chubu Factory, expected to be completed in 2019.
Together with invited guests from related client companies and partner companies, participants in the ceremony prayed for the safety of construction work.

EBARA FIELD TECH. holds three overhaul factory across the country. It is planned that the new factory will commence operation in June 2019. Aimed at supporting customers mainly in the Chubu region, it will be a fourth overhaul factory for vacuum pumps.

EBARA will continue to expand its service and support system to respond to the needs of customers and contribute to the development of the semiconductor industry.
