EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA) has acquired 100% equity of Hayward Gordon L.P. Canada (Hayward Gordon) as of September 30.
In accordance with its mid-term management plan, “E-Plan 2022,” the EBARA Group aims at expanding sales in promising overseas regions and countries with growing population and developing industries as a part of its global strategy. With the acquisition of Hayward Gordon, EBARA will be able to expand our product ranges and sales channels mainly for public sewage, industrial equipment, and process industry.
