Casting Team, Prototype & Manufacturing Collaboration Section, Manufacturing Technology Development Department, Innovative Production Engineering and Quality Assurance Division
In order to deepen his understanding of casting, Nghiem not only took lectures but also made molds and test specimens. I realized that I could not teach someone if my own knowledge was incomplete, so this was an opportunity for me to study. After the training, I would like Nghiem to share in Vietnam what he has learned in Japan and improve the technical ability of his base by deciding what they should and should not incorporate. I hope that we can continue to work together in the future and that Nghiem will become someone who can serve as a bridge between Vietnam and Japan.
When I joined the company, I knew very little about casting, but the people around me taught me a lot. I am now involved in prototyping development products. The production of prototypes that we are currently working on is one of the first samples where the design and development teams have come up with a product, and we are putting together the optimal methods and processes to ensure that no defects occur in the products we produce. There are successes and failures, but I always feel that I am creating something. EBARA's workplace environment makes it easy to take paid leave and it offers substantial benefits. I hope to work with more new faces in the future.
